Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architectural framework for Chronos Systems' 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the R&D initiatives in Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Define technical standards, coding practices, and security protocols for scalable systems.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies to evaluate their feasibility for production use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Optimize system performance, latency, and throughput for global deployment.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of designing systems for high availability and fault tolerance.
- Strong proficiency in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
