Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of the 2026 technical roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI and spatial computing.
- Bridge the gap between high-level strategic vision and engineering execution, ensuring feasibility without compromising innovation.
- Conduct in-depth research and whitepaper development on future technologies.
- Partner with C-suite leadership to align technical initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Mentor a team of junior strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and futuristic thinking.
- Evaluate and vet emerging technologies to determine their viability for integration into Nexus Horizon's ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI research, or strategic technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Generative AI architectures.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-disciplinary teams through the innovation lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
