Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, specifically focusing on advancements relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient software architectures.
- Conduct feasibility studies and POCs for emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and IoT ecosystems.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Identify market trends and competitive landscapes to drive product differentiation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with a demonstrated ability to architect distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
