Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and oversee the execution of the company's technology vision for the year 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging trends such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Extended Reality (XR) to assess viability and implementation strategies.
- Bridge the Gap: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global technology landscapes to identify competitive advantages and potential threats to our market position.
- Pilot Program Management: Spearhead the design and testing of pilot programs for new technologies, measuring performance and ROI before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic plans and future tech projections to non-technical stakeholders and investors with clarity and conviction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Strategic Planning within a high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and future tech stacks, including AI/ML, Blockchain, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps and executing on them successfully.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or an MBA preferred.
