Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for future-tech incubation
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Present future-vision narratives to investors, clients, and industry consortiums
- Monitor horizon-scanning signals and emerging technology convergence points
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech verticals (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurist or tech ethics publications
- Experience with Delphi methodology and horizon scanning techniques
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from futurists.org)
