Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives and product development teams
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Publish thought leadership reports and present findings at global innovation forums
- Mentor junior futurists and establish best practices in trend analysis
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate emerging startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial applications
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author or speaker at TED, Davos, or similar high-impact forums
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives within enterprise environments
