Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year scenario planning initiatives for 2026+ business horizons
- Develop quantitative trend forecasting models using proprietary AI-driven analytics
- Design and facilitate C-level strategic foresight workshops with Fortune 500 clients
- Produce high-impact trend briefings and disruption scenario reports
- Build and manage a global network of domain experts across emerging technology sectors
- Translate complex futures into actionable business strategies and innovation roadmaps
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at industry conferences and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex uncertainty
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS, CFP) preferred
