Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) for business impact
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Design and maintain Horizon's proprietary trend intelligence system
- Produce quarterly future-state briefings for the board of directors
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize breakthrough innovation pipelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing future-ready corporate strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Published research in futurism or technology forecasting
- Proficiency with AI-powered trend analysis tools
