Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast their 2026 business impacts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for enterprise adoption of next-generation technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology readiness and innovation maturity
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a network of domain experts across industries
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic technology domains
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP) preferred
