Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term market positioning
- Translate complex trend data into executive-ready insights and innovation roadmaps
- Champion design thinking workshops to prototype future-facing products and services
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Publish thought leadership content on future trends and their business implications
- Advise product development teams on integrating 2026-vision capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFS) preferred
- Portfolio of published future outlooks or innovation frameworks required
