Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Design scenario-planning models for strategic decision-making across product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating foresight into actionable business roadmaps
- Establish quantitative/qualitative metrics for tracking emerging trends and their business implications
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives and data-driven storytelling
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend mapping methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Experience translating foresight insights into enterprise-level strategic initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP Analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
