Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Vision Initiative by identifying and analyzing emerging trends across AI, biotechnology, sustainability, and human augmentation
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models to guide multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into viable product prototypes and business cases
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive reports
- Establish and maintain relationships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Design and implement innovation sprints focused on 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of radical curiosity across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- 10+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing futuristic strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures research or innovation strategy (preferred)
