- Produce white papers and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Champion innovation workshops across 5 global R&D centers
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify 2026-disruptive startups
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum events
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurism at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
