Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map 2026 technology and societal trends
- Develop quantitative foresight models using AI-driven scenario planning
- Produce executive-level strategic briefs on disruptive innovations
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness
- Present findings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Curate an internal foresight knowledge base
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, bio)
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
