Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary research initiatives to map technological and societal trends through 2026
- Develop quantitative scenario models for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Present strategic foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee cross-functional '2026 Vision' task forces integrating engineering, design, and marketing
- Author annual industry disruption reports for investor and public communications
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across 15+ business units
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
