Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for technology adoption, regulatory changes, and societal shifts
- Produce high-impact strategic foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future trends into innovation pipelines
- Establish and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Monitor global signals (tech, geopolitical, environmental) to update 2026 vision quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic visions
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional skills in data storytelling and executive communication
- Experience facilitating high-stakes workshops with C-suite executives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation domains
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
