Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends impacting 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and roadmaps for technology adoption and societal shifts
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis using quantitative data and qualitative research
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visual storytelling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the organization at global forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation research
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios and translating insights into strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal drivers
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
