- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario planning documents for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and foresight software
