Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic scenarios through trend analysis, market research, and stakeholder interviews
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive and board audiences
- Lead the development of organizational resilience strategies for technological and societal disruptions
- Mentor junior futurists and establish best practices in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field with 8+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation and measurable impact
