Responsibilities
- Forecast emerging technological, societal, and economic trends through quantitative modeling and qualitative foresight
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Author high-impact white papers and keynote presentations at global forums like Davos and CES
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks to ensure responsible adoption of breakthrough technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and drive thought leadership across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of trend analysis published in peer-reviewed journals or industry reports
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation strategies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-ready products or strategies successfully commercialized
