Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, neurotech) and forecast their impact on industries by 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into development cycles
- Deliver executive briefings and trend reports to stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at high-level conferences and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning skills
- Experience leading strategic initiatives for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
