Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify paradigm-shifting technologies by 2026
- Develop and publish annual 'Future State' strategic whitepapers for C-suite executives
- Design cross-functional innovation labs exploring human-AI symbiosis
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen interfaces and experiences
- Present trend forecasts to Fortune 100 clients and government bodies
- Curate annual FutureForward conference with 10,000+ global attendees
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Foresight Methodology™
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology forecasting, innovation strategy, or futures research
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, Trend Hunter)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology adoption
- Exceptional public speaking skills for executive-level presentations
