Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and scientific breakthroughs to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Present compelling futurist insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and represent Horizon Labs at industry forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech disruption
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio published futurist reports or innovation strategy implementations
