Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive technologies and societal implications
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies deployment
- Drive cultural transformation toward future-readiness across 500+ employees
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scenario planning for complex global systems
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board decisions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
