Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives across technology, climate, and social domains
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex trends into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints for emerging opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on future-facing topics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of influencing C-level strategy decisions
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology skills
- Exceptional communication with ability to simplify complexity
- Experience with AI/ML applications in predictive modeling
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patents
