Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership reports published in industry journals and policy forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies
- Quantify market opportunities with scenario modeling and risk assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least three of: AI governance, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published research or patents in exponential technologies
- Experience leading global teams across cultural and geographic boundaries
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning, SWOT analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
