- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Produce trend reports and predictive analytics for C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight methodologies into corporate planning cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for complex organizations
- Expertise in trend analysis, systems thinking, and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in AI, biotech, or climate tech disruption forecasting
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or CFS)
