Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks to prepare for alternative futures
- Lead innovation workshops and design sprints with executive stakeholders
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and market intelligence briefings
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for emerging technologies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing, or climate tech trends
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
