Responsibilities

- Present insights to C-suite executives and board members with actionable recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Create thought leadership content (whitepapers, presentations, reports) positioning Horizon as an innovation authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Strategy, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on transformational projects
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
