Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year foresight frameworks for 2026+ market disruption
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and board members
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers on emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven project prioritization
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global innovation summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to commercialize breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and cross-impact analysis
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to market leadership
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, GPT-4)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational strategy
- Security clearance (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information preferred)
