Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Strategic Foresight Report analyzing technological, social, and economic disruptors
- Lead innovation sprints translating future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish horizon scanning protocols to identify emerging opportunities across 15+ industries
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on exponential technologies and paradigm shifts
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects targeting 2026 commercialization
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Trend Analysis Framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scanning and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact modeling
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with corporate innovation in tech, biotech, or sustainability sectors
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
