What you'll accomplish:
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to develop 5-year technology adoption frameworks
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their digital infrastructure
- Curate annual Horizon Reports dissecting AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Present at global forums including Davos and Web Summit
Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Conduct horizon scanning across 15+ emerging tech domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI deployment
- Mentor junior futurists and build thought leadership content
- Drive R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
- Quantify market readiness for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures research
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Proven track record of scaling emerging tech ventures
- Expertise in systems modeling and trend analysis tools
- Experience with quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks
- Certified Futurist (CF) preferred
