Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi techniques, and technology impact assessment
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
