Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis to forecast technological and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts (quantum AI, neurointerfaces, etc.)
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and lead a high-performing futurist team while mentoring junior strategists
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services with market impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Strong background in AI, biotech, or quantum computing fundamentals
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight (e.g., MIT Tech Review, WIRED)
