Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts (2026-2030)
- Lead strategic innovation initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and climate tech verticals
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and guide investment decisions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Champion ethical innovation practices and sustainable development frameworks
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating emerging tech trends into business value
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum systems, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
- Published author or speaker at major innovation conferences (e.g., CES, Web Summit)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, weak signal analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from future-focused initiatives
