Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and socio-technical systems
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for market disruption and competitive advantage
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops for cross-functional stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at global innovation forums
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for complex narratives to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF, APF) preferred
- Portfolio of published trend reports or innovation frameworks
