Responsibilities

- Design and facilitate future-proofing workshops for cross-functional teams
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario planning documents for stakeholders
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
