Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic initiatives
- Produce executive-ready reports and visualizations on emerging technologies and disruptive forces
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate future insights into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Mentor junior futurists and establish best practices for future intelligence gathering
- Present findings to stakeholders including investors, board members, and innovation partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning
- Experience mentoring high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
