Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging trends with 2026+ impact
- Develop comprehensive strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and future-state roadmaps for key industries
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Advose leadership on disruptive threats and opportunities in global markets
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or technology innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures research methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology domains
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or relevant technical field
