- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business models
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning roles
- Proven expertise in quantitative trend analysis and qualitative scenario development
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ major organizational transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
