- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Drive innovation pipeline development through horizon scanning and ecosystem analysis
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and thought leaders to accelerate research
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise-wide foresight programs
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning (required)
