Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead client workshops to co-create future scenarios and innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact deliverables including trend reports, scenario narratives, and strategic briefs
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market opportunities
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists and build our foresight methodology capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, SWOT analysis)
