Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for executive stakeholders
- Translate complex future projections into actionable innovation roadmaps and investment priorities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with senior leadership to align on future-state vision
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry forums
- Oversee development of AI-powered predictive analytics tools for trend forecasting
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team of researchers and analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of delivering C-suite-level strategic foresight projects
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities using modern BI tools
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and climate change megatrends
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi) preferred
- Published author in strategic foresight or innovation thought leadership
