Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-year horizon scanning frameworks to identify 2026-2030 market inflection points
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead workshops with executive teams to align organizational strategy with emerging futures
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation summits
- Quantify future ROI through predictive analytics and Monte Carlo simulations
- Build proprietary AI-driven trend forecasting tools using NLP and big data
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and systems thinking
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption mapping
- Technical proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
