Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized AI)
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, energy, and mobility sectors
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and socioeconomic disruptions
- Present findings to C-suite executives and government bodies at Davos-style forums
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, ethicists, and industry specialists
- Author white papers published in journals like Future Studies Quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology policy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent discipline
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies (IEEE/ACM publications preferred)
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning software)
- Experience with cross-cultural scenario planning in 15+ countries
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Portfolio demonstrating real-world impact from foresight initiatives
