Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and their business implications for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation priorities
- Produce thought leadership reports and predictive market analyses
- Design prototype solutions for emerging challenges in climate resilience and digital sovereignty
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scenario planning and technology assessment
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurist or technology journals
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent program
