Responsibilities
- Design and execute horizon-scanning frameworks for 2026+ technology, societal, and economic shifts
- Develop predictive models using AI-driven analytics and scenario-planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and risk/opportunity matrices for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with client strategic goals
- Pioneer proprietary foresight tools and methodologies for competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in AI/ML forecasting, scenario planning, and systemic risk assessment
- Proven track record developing C-suite foresight presentations and roadmaps
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology or futures research
- Experience with cross-cultural scenario planning and global trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic foresight projects
