Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into development pipelines
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Design and execute horizon scanning initiatives across global markets
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-oriented culture within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend forecasting tools
- Portfolio of published futurist work or implemented strategic initiatives
