Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to identify opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience, AI ethics, and human augmentation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Champion ethical innovation practices in AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects delivered since 2020
