Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, societal, and economic trends to forecast developments impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-vision into product development cycles
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry panels
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging market disruptions
- Monitor competitor innovation ecosystems and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences

- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementation in corporate settings
